Commonwealth v. A.S.

At trial, the Commonwealth presented a prosecutor as a witness to improperly testify that she thought the alleged victim in this case was credible.  We took an appeal to the Superior Court and argued that this testimony illegally bolstered the alleged victim’s testimony, and that this wrongly took the credibility finding function away from the jury.  The Superior Court agreed with the arguments we presented in our brief and remanded the case.”
