In this case, the trial court entered a judgment for the Plaintiff against our client for unpaid rent. We argued on appeal that the claim was barred by res judicata because it had previously been rejected by another court. The Superior Court agreed and ruled in favor of our client. The decision was set forth in a published Opinion which establishes legal precedent in the Commonwealth.
