S.B. v. J.B.

We appealed an adverse order modifying child custody entered against our client.  The lower court’s modification order was issued after motions for reconsideration were filed by the opposing party, and granted the opposing party more custodial time and compelled our client to reimburse him for what he had previously paid for supervised visitation.  On appeal, we argued that the order was improper because neither the opposing party or the lower court followed the correct procedures for post trial motion litigation.  The Superior Court agreed with us and vacated the lower court’s modification order in its entirety.
