S.C./ Estate of G.C. v. Armstrong World Industries

This was a Worker’s Compensation appeal stemming from toxic exposure to TCE. The litigation spanned over a decade. In the appeal to the Commonwealth Court, we successfully argued that the evidence was sufficient to sustain the Worker’s Compensation Judge’s finding that our client was entitled to a substantial damages award. The subject matter was highly technical and was centered on complex expert testimony that established a causal link between the toxic substance and the decedent’s death.
