BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION
Mr. Paraboschi graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2017 having earned a Batchelor’s of Business Administration with a focus in legal studies. Upon graduation, Mr. Paraboschi attended the Syracuse University School of Law. During the course of Mr. Paraboschi’s legal education he worked at several government agencies in the nation’s capital which required special security clearance.
Mr. Paraboschi’s legal practice started at a prominent criminal defense firm in Bucks County, PA. In this position, he was primarily responsible for developing complicated arguments related to 4th, 5th, and 6th amendment issues, and he participated in several high profile cases in the tri-state area involving murder, criminal organizations, and commercial fraud.
Mr. Paraboschi was recruited to Mosser Legal because of his prodigious research and writing capabilities. He assists Mr. Mosser in all areas of post-conviction litigation, to include direct appeals, PCRA litigation, and federal habeas litigation.
Mr. Paraboschi is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Paraboschi is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he serves on the Advocacy and Platform Committees, and is a member of the Lawyers Club of Philadelphia.
